What can Ways to Wellness do for you?

We will discuss how your health and life affect each other;

Your lifestyle, looking after yourself, managing your symptoms, work/volunteering and other activities, money, where you live, family and friends, how you feel and cope.


We help you to make an action plan and set personal goals.

We then assist you with;

Getting involved in local groups and activities

Link you to other services that can help you

Healthy eating and cooking

Meeting new people and making friends

Finding information

Making healthy lifestyle choices

Getting more active

Help you find support groups

Encourage you and help you gain confidence
